From prenups to probate and coping with the challenges of COVID-19 – trust Sinclair Law.
Whether you’re anticipating new beginnings by getting wed or wanting to plan for old age with a legal will, the specialist team of family solicitors at Sinclair Law cover all aspects of family law, from prenups to probate and offering a legal service amidst the challenges posed by the current pandemic.
Director Sandra, who spent ten years here in Bramhall, runs her practice just down the road in Wilmslow. Having always maintained a close affinity with the village, Sandra and the team work with clients in and around Bramhall and across the wider South Manchester area, as well as further afield from time to time.
Now approaching nine years in business, Sinclair Law specialises in family law, wills and probate, offering professional services with a personal touch under their ethos of being there for families – whether they’re coming together or parting ways.
Making life that bit easier for people extends beyond Sinclair Law’s customer base and into the broader community.
“Giving back is such a fantastic thing to do,” comments Sandra, who sits on the board at local charity Beechwood Cancer Care, offering advice and support.
Now Sinclair Law is extending that support to frontline workers and as a way of saying thank you for their bravery in keeping us safe and caring for our loved ones; they are offering a 10% discount on all legal services to frontline workers.
“We want to do everything we can to support frontline workers and their families, and to say thank you for their amazing efforts. Existing frontline clients as well as new frontline clients are eligible for this offer. This is not a misplaced inappropriate marketing ploy; it is a genuine offer to pay something back as a mark of our immense gratitude.”
Over the past year or so, the workload at Sinclair Law has increased steadily as their private client offering has grown. For example, team member and solicitor Philippa, who’s also a chartered tax adviser, has a number of clients in London and the team are able to offer all their services remotely to meet the existing challenges.
Meanwhile, back in the office up North, local lawyer Suzanne recently moved across when her firm closed its family law arm, bringing hundreds of clients with her from Hazel Grove and the surrounding areas. It’s little wonder, then, that the employee count at Sinclair Law is on the rise: starting out with just two lawyers, the team at Sinclair Law has grown since we last spoke to Sandra – there are now six lawyers working at the firm, in addition to a trainee and four support staff.
Offering a variety of different approaches means that Sinclair Law can better cater for its clients’ needs; what suits one family may not be right for another. They offer flexible financing options including capped or fixed fees. In line with current Government directives, the team also offers remote services via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.
As we slowly return to some normality more than ever you will need a legal service that is strong, supportive and relevant.
Sinclair Law offers an initial consultation without obligation so if you’re in need of some legal advice or information before taking any official steps, get in touch and book an informal meeting with Sandra and the team.
