Below you will find all the different groups you can get involved in right in Bramhall - and there is definitely something for all ages and interests! From sports and music groups to community get togethers and fellowship groups, just take a look to see if anything suits you!

1st Bramhall Scout Group meets in its own Scout HQ at the Bramley Centre.

They are a very active member of the local community with Beaver, Cub, Scout and Explorer Scout sections covering ages 6 – 18.

1st Bramhall aim to have fun and be active, make new friends, progressively meet personal challenges and develop personal and team skills.

4th Bramhall (St Michael’s) Scout Group aims to develop practical life skills not taught in schools for children aged 6-18 through adventurous activity’s and challenges whilst having fun.
We meet in our own building that has been modernised over the last few years which allows us to run the activities we want to.
Every Beaver, Cub, Scout, & Explorer Scout will have the chance to go on at least one exciting camp each year.

4th Bramhall Scout Group (St Michael’s) brick built hall is suitable for many types of group activities, functions, conferences and training. The building comprises of three main rooms available to hire. The main hall is £20 an hour, explorer suite is £15, project room £5 an hour.

Bramhall Baptist Church is a relaxed and friendly church where all are welcome. Their aim is to reflect God’s love into the local area through a wide range of activities for all ages. They would love to see you!

Bramhall Methodist Church provides the local community with a wide range of social and religious services for all age groups. As part of the Messy Church movement, it fosters informal, family-friendly worship for those who might shy away from its more traditional services.

Bramhall Queensgate Bowling Club is a friendly club where members can play socially or competitively in the league teams. For newcomers to the game, coaching and expert advice is available.  We have an excellent green and first-class facilities.

Bramhall Queensgate Tennis and Bowls Club  A family-friendly club catering for juniors, social players, competitive team players, and complete beginners with a variety of activities to join and expert coaches to help you improve.  There are 6 floodlit AC/Astro courts, fabulous pavilion, and bar.

Mountfield Rovers Junior Football Club are an established (since 1969) Bramhall community run football club playing their home games at Lumb lane. Mountfield provide junior football to boys and girls from U7 to U16s.

Pownall Probex Club are a group of retired men who held a leading role either at work, in the community or as a volunteer. They meet every Wednesday morning at The Cheshire Line Tavern Cheadle, to enjoy a coffee, company, conversation and a visiting speaker. Take a look at their website for information on joining.

Cricket has been played at Highfield Road in Bramhall since the early 1900s, with the earliest records Trinity Cricket Club dating back to 1923. The club runs a wide range of cricketing and social activities for Men, Women and Juniors.   In 2019 our 1st XI was promoted to Division 1 of the Cheshire Cricket League and the Women were promoted to Division 1 of the Cheshire Women’s Cricket League.

The Art Hub, Bramhall is a community art studio offering art classes and art studio space, for all abilities and all ages. Located in the village on Bramhall Lane South, with its own parking on site, it’s in the perfect location so come and join us.

The Mill is a charity youth centre in Bramhall Village for young people in year 6 and above where they can socialise, learn new skills and have fun in a safe and friendly environment.

The Thursday Club meets weekly in at Bramhall Methodist Church between 10am-2.30pm. It’s a daytime social hub for Very Senior Citizens. Filmed in Nov 2016, you can watch and learn more about it here
