Graeme is more than qualified as a sales and marketing business coach. He has forty years of experience to share. He began his career as an Electrical Engineer. In 1988, he initially moved into corporate sales. After a number of years, he was tempted to work for a micro-business himself, where he was the fifth employee hired as the Technical Sales Manager and was instrumental in taking them from a micro-business to the next level. Hi reward was to be promoted to the role of Sales Director. Graeme spent 14 very happy years at this company. In search of a new challenge, Graeme headed back to the corporate world and worked his way up to become part of the UK sales management team of a $6B US industrial automation leader. It was here that he trained, coached and lead successful sales team with significant sales targets of upto $65M. From these roles he learned rigor and discipline, and found that his passion was truly in developing and nurturing success and growth in individuals and in the systemization of tasks that lead to repeatable business growth.
When Graeme decided he wanted a lifestyle change and to ‘take charge of his life’, he searched for a ‘good fit’ business and settled on ‘The Core Asset’ because, the systems were excellent, with breadth, depth and substance. In order to relax, Graeme enjoys singing and performing and is currently a member of Romiley Operatic Society.
